Meanwhile, earlier Friday, the FDA has effectively side-stepped their own vaccine advisory committee, and they approved both the Pfizer and Moderna booster shots for all adults. And as a response, some states are already beginning to change the definition of the term “fully vaccinated” to mean having gotten three shots.
